- Delay of certification;
- Withdrawal from the course.
All outstanding balances must be cleared before certificates can be released.
Course fees are non-transferable except where explicitly approved by LCPS.

If a learner chooses to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, a course cancellation fee of £150 will apply.
Where a learner has already accessed course materials, attended classes, submitted assessments, received tutor support, or otherwise started the course during the cooling-off period, LCPS reserves the right to make additional reasonable deductions for services already provided.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the college administration.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, course fees become non-refundable.
Course Transfer Policy
Learners may request a transfer to another course within 30 calendar days from the original course enrolment date.
Only one course transfer is permitted per learner enrolment.
Any request for a second or subsequent course transfer will require the learner to pay the full applicable course fee for the new course.
Course transfers are subject to:
- Approval by LCPS;
- Course availability;
- Meeting entry requirements; and
- Awarding organisation regulations where applicable.
Requests made after 30 calendar days from the original enrolment date will not be accepted.

Learners who fail to complete their course within the maximum 12-month period may be subject to:
- Extension fees;
- Re-registration fees;
- Re-enrolment charges; or
- Closure of learner access.
LCPS reserves the right to remove access to learning materials, tutorials, assessments, and learner support once the maximum course duration has expired.
